Llyfrgellydd is the Welsh word for librarian (or so say the folks on Metafilter). This is a personal blog that is mostly about library-related topics. (Please note the use of the word “personal” – all opinions expressed on this blog are mine and mine alone, and may or may not represent the opinions of my work place.)

My name is Laura Harris (you might know me as Rikhei, a nickname I picked up in college and used for about 10 years). I work for Springshare, Inc., doing support & training for their Community Relations team. Prior to joining Springshare, I worked in academic libraries for six years.
In my free time, I can usually be found reading historical romance novels (or bodice rippers, as my mother calls them), outside with my dog, or playing World of Warcraft.
